Job summary

Brian & Sons is hiring installers in Aurora, IL to install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and ductless systems. You will perform sheet metal work and duct modifications, with occasional boilers and water heaters, and ensure every home is left cleaner than when you arrived.

We value pride in workmanship, reliability, and a respectful attitude toward customers. Two years of residential HVAC installation are required, with a valid license; EPA 608 certification is preferred and employer-provided

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• EPA 608 certification preferred (we'll help you get it if you're close)
• Able to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and basements

What You'll Get:

• $30-$40/hr depending on experience
• Commissions and spiffs on top of hourly (varies by job, paid consistently)
• Overtime at time and a half, including evenings and weekends in busy season
