Specific areas that I would like applicant to have knowledge in would include:

• Framing.
• Roofing.
• Siding.
• Trim.
• Flooring.
• Other areas of construction are a plus.
• Knowledge in everything, although I would prefer is not required.
• Travel will be required typically within an hour or so radius of Auburn.
