This position is specifically for an experienced residential appliance technician with a minimum of two years of field experience who can begin running service calls with minimal initial training.

We are looking for technicians who take pride in their work and have an excellent attitude, strong work ethic, and outstanding customer service skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of residential appliance service field experience REQUIRED
• Refrigeration service experience
• EPA certification
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to cross‑train on additional appliance categories
• Computer literacy and ability to accurately document service calls
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, puncta,l professional, and well‑groomed
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to successfully complete required background, drug, and driving screenings
