What role you will play in our team

ExxonMobil is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to provide reservoir engineering technical expertise to Conventional Oil & Gas development projects and Low Carbon Solution (LCS) projects.

What will you do
  1. Perform reservoir modeling and simulation for Conventional developments.
  2. Conduct reservoir depletion planning and field development planning.
  3. Perform reserves assessments and identify production optimization opportunities.
  4. Plan, evaluate and/or execute field development/drill well programs.
  5. Identify key reservoir uncertainties and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
  6. Improve reservoir description through fluid analysis, core evaluation, well testing interpretation, and production performance analysis.
About You

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required - preferably Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical; Advanced Degrees (Master’s / PhD) also welcome.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Conventional Reservoir Engineering.
  3. Reservoir simulation experience in new developments and/or producing assets (including constructing, updating and history matching models).
  4. Previous experience in reservoir analytical performance prediction, asset development and depletion planning, reserves assessment, reservoir surveillance & optimization, volumes forecasting, economic analysis and data management.
  5. Self-motivated and focused on achieving business results while working in a multi-disciplinary team. Demonstrated teamwork, communication and leadership skills are essential.

  2. Fluid sampling and analysis.
  3. Enhanced Oil Recovery.
  4. Core Analysis.
  5. Petrophysics.
