Job summary

Redlands Dental Group and Orthodontics in Redlands, CA, is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant. You will assist the dentist to secure the best treatment plan, keep a clean and cheerful environment, and perform x-rays and intra-oral photography as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where patients feel comfortable under the dentist’s direction, including taking x-rays and intra-oral pictures as appropriate.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with ADA guidelines while complying with state and federal regulations.

The Opportunity

As both a patient and clinician advocate, you are a fundamental part of the Perfect Patient Experience®. As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency.
• You will also maintain a clean, sterile, and cheerful environment where your patients feel comfortable and at the direction of the dentist, complete x-rays and intra-oral pictures of patients as appropriate.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, equipment, and operatories in accordance with the American Dental Association guidelines while maintaining strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, HR policies and practices)

Compensation Information

$22.00-$30.75 / Hourly
