Compensation is commission‑based. Support includes weekly coaching, two open houses per month, listing certification support, health insurance, revenue sharing and investment support.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include building client relationships through prospecting, follow‑up and open houses; guiding buyers and sellers from consultation through their transaction; setting appointments, negotiating offers and communicating clearly with clients; keeping accurate CRM records and following through on commitments; and taking part in team training, coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

Qualifications include an active California real estate license and experience helping buyers or sellers; a service‑first approach and strong communication skills; comfort generating your own opportunities and working toward clear goals; and a willingness to learn, practice and contribute to the team.

Compensation

$30,000 - $59,999 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
