The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and teamwork within a busy practice setting. Alternating Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RDH license.
• Experienced and clinically confident.
• Strong periodontal and preventive-care skills.
• Comfortable managing a busy hygiene schedule independently.
• Confident communicating treatment needs to patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
• Independently manage your patient schedule.
• Assess and communicate patient treatment needs.
• Educate patients and support treatment understanding.
• Partner closely with doctors and the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with fellow hygienists and the clinical team.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience without sacrificing clinical quality.
