Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to float between Bay City and nearby Saginaw offices. You will be an empowered clinician, collaborating with the doctor to assess oral health and educate patients with autonomy and precision.

We offer competitive pay at $48–$54 per hour (annualized) with an uncapped incentive plan, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match, PTO, six holidays, and TAG University CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene.
• Excellent communication and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
