Job summary

Key Autism Services seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD. The role offers BCBA supervision and mentoring, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within the ABA field.

We emphasize collaboration, structured onboarding, and a supportive culture, with pathways through Fellowship and Early Mentoring programs to help you pursue BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months ABA experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
