San Benito Health Care District is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures, ensuring high-quality images and strict adherence to radiation safety and regulatory standards. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, verify orders, and maintain documentation.

The ideal candidate has ARRT-R, California CRT, BLS, fluoroscopy permit eligibility within 6 months, and at least five years of radiologic technologist experience.

Formación

• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certificate.
• Current ARRT registration in Radiography (ARRT-R).
• Current BLS certification.
• Current California Fluoroscopy Permit or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire.
• Five (5) years of Radiologic Technologist experience.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic imaging, anatomy, positioning, and radiation safety.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures according to established protocols.
• Position patients and operate imaging equipment to produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic images.
• Verify patient identity, examination orders, and relevant clinical information prior to procedures.
• Apply appropriate radiation safety and protection practices for patients, staff, and self.
• Provide safe, compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate imaging documentation and comply with departmental, state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
