SRM Concrete is seeking an Experienced Excavator Operator to join our quarry operations team. You will operate excavators and other heavy equipment with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity across fast-paced processes.

Ideal candidates have proven experience with heavy machinery, valid certification, and the ability to work under strict safety standards while coordinating with management to meet project specs and deadlines.

• Experience operating excavators and quarry machinery in safe, efficient manner.

• Proven track record working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and quarry machinery safely to minimize injury and property damage.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks on equipment.
• Coordinate with site management to plan and monitor material movement within the quarry.
• Adjust equipment settings to meet project requirements.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate for repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards or incidents.
• Participate in ongoing training and adhere to safety policies.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of projects.
