Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist in a clinical setting. Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Valid PTA license in state of practice.
• CPR and first aid certification required.
• 3+ years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatment programs as established by Physical Therapists.
• Provide high-quality patient care to achieve excellent outcomes.
• Assess patient condition using basic biological and medical knowledge.
• Propose treatment goals and objectives.
• Implement patient treatment plans with guidance from the Physical Therapist.
• Perform aspects of patient evaluation and interventions.
• Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities and home exercise programs.
