Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, preferably in affordable housing.
• Proficiency with Appfolio Systems or similar property management software.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and lease administration processes.
• Experience conducting building inspections and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of multiple affordable housing properties, including tenant relations and lease administration.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and other relevant regulations to maintain legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs and coordinate timely repairs with service providers.
• Utilize Yardi Systems to manage lease agreements, track rent payments, and maintain accurate property records.
• Collaborate with real estate development teams to support property improvements and capital projects.
• Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and report financial performance to senior management.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Oversee lease renewals, terminations, and enforce lease terms to ensure compliance and minimize vacancies.

About the Role:

Utilizing property management software such as Yardi Systems, the manager will streamline operations, track financials, and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. Ultimately, this position aims to enhance tenant satisfaction, preserve asset value, and contribute to the sustainable growth of the real estate portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience required in property management, preferably within affordable housing.
