Position Summary

Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Harness) 1st Shift- Millennium Space Systems Company: Millennium Space Systems Millennium Space Systems, a part of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), is a fast, agile small satellite company focused on national security space. We are seeking an Integration Lead to be responsible for managing the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of application interfaces, data flows, and systems, often specializing in APIs, M&A IT, or enterprise platforms. They act as a key liaison between teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment, maintaining project timelines, and validating technical solutions. This position's internal job code is Production Ops Spec. Our team is currently hiring a level 3.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing processes and methods that comply with company policies and procedures, improves production efficiency, and optimizes product quality.
• Monitors, assesses, and provides status on production progress, actions, issue resolution, and support needs.
• Investigates product defects and production inefficiencies and develops solutions to reduce/mitigate.
• Conducts staffing and cost analyses.
• Coordinates and prepares justification for major capital expenditures and equipment implementation.
• Represents manufacturing on production related issues.
• Establishing and maintaining production schedules.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience leading teams
• 1+ year of hands on experience building wiring harnesses
• Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aerospace industry
• Proficiency with PC Applications, especially Excel
• Excellent written and Verbal Communications
• Demonstrated ability to aggregate, visualize, and analyze data to make informed decisions (i.e. SQL, Excel, PowerBI, etc.)

Summary pay range: Level 3: $80,000 - $143,000
