The team-based position emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and adherence to SOPs and HACCP guidelines. Employees enjoy a structured schedule with 9-hour days Monday through Thursday and a 4-hour day Friday, with OT and a bonus program.

HIGHLIGHTS

Selling primarily to the calf milk replacer market, the Company manufactures custom-formulated, water-dispersible vitamin and mineral premixes and supplements, distributes related ingredients, and provides excellent technical support.

Basic Overview of Position

Motivated Individual who can assist in daily production tasks. One who is hardworking and team oriented. This individual will be part of the Production team which is held responsible for: ensuring Animix is producing high quality products while also meeting customer specifications. Additionally, they will be responsible for working independently and accurately by following Animix policies and procedures. The ability to communicate effectively with other Animix team members. Entry level production employees will learn and proficiently operate 1-3 mixer systems.

Main responsibilities:

• Ability to learn and proficiently operate 1-3 systems
• To execute all daily production duties as required to fulfill production schedule
• Read execute production schedule
• Read and execute work instructions
• Accurately select ingredients, weigh out and record information on bar code scanner
• Load mixers and packaging equipment
• Package finished products according to work instructions
• Complete all necessary paperwork and create inventory with bar code scanner
• Maintain cleanliness of plant as directed
• Assist in providing a clean and safe work environment
• Assist in other areas as necessary
• Follow all SOP’s, GMP’s and HACCP guidelines and regulations
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Perform all other duties as assigned
