Job summary

Fort Point HenHouse in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking an experienced Brewer to join our production team as a Brewery Technician. You will primarily work the brewhouse and centrifuge, and execute day-to-day cellar operations to ensure high beer quality and on-time production.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of brewery operations experience, strong attention to detail, a team-focused mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Job description

This is an opportunity to join a growing team of skilled, experienced brewing professionals, as such we are seeking experienced brewers for this role. As a “Brewery Technician,” you will primarily work the brewhouse, centrifuge and execute day to day cellar operations. This position plays a fundamental role in total beer quality and is a key contributor to successful production department outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for craft beer and attention to detail as well as significant brewing experience.

Shifts

• 5 x 8 hours shifts per week
• Availability to work days, nights and swing shifts required
