Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A. in Winter Park seeks an experienced Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal to support its Wills, Trusts and Estates Department. Expect drafting pleadings, asset inventories, fiduciary communications, and accountings for decedent estates and trusts.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in probate/trust matters, strong drafting and organizational skills, and the ability to handle high-volume workload with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years probate & trust administration in a law firm.
• Draft court pleadings; manage decedent estates and trusts.
• Experience with fiduciary accountings and asset tracking.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and drafting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing probate and trust matters.
• Draft court pleadings and prepare fiduciary accountings.
• Inventory assets and communicate with fiduciaries/beneficiaries.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines; work independently.
