Job summary

Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., a long-established Winter Park law firm, seeks an experienced Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal to support the Wills, Trusts and Estates Department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years handling probate and trust administration, including drafting court pleadings, asset inventories, fiduciary communications, and fiduciary accountings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of direct probate and trust administration experience.
• Experience drafting court pleadings, asset inventories, fiduciary accountings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage high-volume workload.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in managing decedent estates and trusts.
• Draft court pleadings.
• Inventory assets and track fiduciary assets.
• Coordinate communications with fiduciaries and beneficiaries.
• Prepare fiduciary accountings.
• Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
