We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive support in estate planning, probate administration, and related areas of law. Your expertise will help ensure the smooth handling of client cases, accurate document preparation, and efficient case management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients, contributing to meaningful estate and probate solutions while demonstrating your extensive paralegal experience and legal knowledge.

What You’ll Do

• Draft estate planning documents in WealthCounsel and support our attorney in delivering high-quality legal work
• Manage probate and trust administration cases from start to finish, including filings, deadlines, and client communication
• Help us grow and shape our probate department, including developing the systems and workflows that will allow our firm to confidently expand into probate
• Assist our Client Services Director with notarization during signings

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred 3–5+ years of paralegal experience, with estate drafting and probate knowledge required
• Familiarity with Florida Probate Rules, Florida Rules of Court, and Florida Courts E-filing Portal
• Confidence with drafting in WealthCounsel (or similar estate planning software)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, Lawmatics, Lexis or Westlaw, DecisionVault, and Clio
• Licensed notary public (or ability to be licensed)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines
