Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Press Operator to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain analog and UV printing presses, producing high-quality printed products safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has strong skills in press setup, color accuracy, ink systems, and preventative maintenance, and can document production data while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Overtime opportunities may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating analog, flexographic, lithographic, screen, offset, UV offset, or large-format UV presses.
• Strong understanding of press setup, color matching, ink systems, and print quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate analog and/or UV printing presses per job specs.
• Perform make-ready, including registration, color matching, ink mixing, viscosity adjustments, and print quality verification.
• Monitor runs for quality, color consistency, registration, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot press issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment clean and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate production records and material usage documentation.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with training and overtime when required.
