As a Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:

• Create a welcoming, engaging classroom environment for young children to learn, play, and grow.
• Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and foster a love of learning.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with infants, toddlers, or preschool children, tailored to each child's unique needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s progress through various channels, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
• Support the center’s success by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to create a dynamic, seamless learning and play environment.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Possess at least six months of professional teaching experience (required) or one year (preferred)?
• Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (preferred), or a high school diploma/GED (required)?
