Job summary

First Team Subaru Norfolk is seeking an experienced prep and detailer to keep high-volume vehicles in pristine condition for sale and service. You will wash, vacuum, polish, and protect interior and exterior surfaces; apply waxes; and maintain showroom and lot appearance while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time and on-site in Norfolk, VA, with opportunities to grow within a busy, award-winning dealership that values reliability, teamwork and excellence in detailing

Qualifications

• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Wash exterior and interior; clean windows and wipe doorjambs.
• Apply waxes, polishes, etc.
• Vacuum interior to remove dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and surfaces with appropriate cleaners.
• Apply interior protection and spot-stain treatments.
• Clean engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment.
• Maintain showroom or stock vehicles in clean, presentable condition.
