All-Pro Auto Reconditioning in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Automotive Detail Technician to perform thorough vehicle cleaning, waxing, sealant application, and headlight refurbishment in a fast-paced garage environment.

You will ensure high-quality service, meet customer requirements, and maintain tools and equipment. Weekend availability is required; benefits include comprehensive health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Previous detail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to background check and drug screening.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Wash vehicle using pressure washer and automatic washer.
• Remove trash from interior and clean upholstery and surfaces.
• Apply wax and buff surfaces to protect shine.
• Apply protective sealant.
• Refurbish headlights.
• Maintain the standard and quality of service.
• Understand and meet customer requirements.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-delivery condition.
• Maintain proper function of service tools and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned
