BCG Attorney Search seeks a seasoned Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its Dayton, OH personal injury team. You will manage a large Ohio docket, investigate facts, and develop evidence for damages while negotiating settlements and liens.

The role emphasizes client communication, collaboration across departments, and leadership of support staff to advance the firm’s objectives in a dynamic practice.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio.
• 2–5 years of experience in plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
• Experience in insurance defense or claims handling is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Litify preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Superior negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Investigate case facts and develop evidence for damages.
• Negotiate case settlements, including lien resolution.
• Maintain communication with clients, opposing attorneys, court personnel, and insurance representatives.
• Collaborate with teams to achieve firm objectives.
• Supervise support staff.
