You will investigate case facts, develop damages evidence, negotiate settlements with lien resolution, and maintain constant communication with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives while collaborating with teams and supervising support staff.

Qualifications

• JD required with Ohio license.
• 2–5 years of plaintiff or defense personal injury practice.
• Experience in insurance defense or claims handling is advantageous.
