Position Overview
The Porsche Brand Ambassador is a key member of our sales team, responsible for delivering an outstanding client experience while meeting and exceeding sales goals. This position is commission-based and best suited for a motivated professional who excels in a performance-driven environment and has a passion for luxury automobiles.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and consult with clients through in-person visits, phone calls, and digital inquiries
Manage the full sales process — from client qualification to vehicle delivery — with professionalism and integrity
Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Stay current with Porsche product knowledge, certification training, and new model launches
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects the prestige of the Porsche brand
Access to existing clientele and leads provided by the dealership
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of successful experience in automotive sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to structure leasing and financing options
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
