Xcel Ventures LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Plumbing Estimator to join our growing team. You will review plans and bid documents, generate material and labor takeoffs, and develop competitive proposals for commercial and multifamily plumbing projects.

Responsibilities include evaluating vendor pricing, tracking bid deadlines, and collaborating with contractors and internal teams to ensure accurate estimates and successful handoffs.

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience is preferred.
• Construction estimating or general construction experience is a plus.
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn commercial plumbing systems and estimating procedures.
