Big Kahuna Plumbing Company is hiring an Experienced Plumber for a full-time position in Naples, Florida. Pay: This position offers a competitive wage of $35–$50 per billable hour through a piece-work pay structure that rewards productivity.

SCHEDULE FOR OUR EXPERIENCED PLUMBER:

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with weekend and overtime opportunities available but not required.

YOUR ROLE AS AN EXPERIENCED PLUMBER:

In this position, you'll manage a steady flow of residential service calls across our service area, arriving prepared and maintaining a clean, organized van throughout the day. You'll evaluate plumbing issues, communicate clearly with homeowners, and present well-structured service options. You'll maintain a professional appearance and ensure each job is completed efficiently and to a high standard, contributing to the consistent quality we are known for.

In order to do this, you'll need the following

At least 5 years of experience as a plumber in Florida, strong communication skills, and the ability to actively listen and respond to homeowners professionally and confidently are preferred.
