You will install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, read blueprints, ensure compliance with Florida codes, and work with customers to explain issues and solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on journeyman level plumbing experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with Florida plumbing codes and safety regulations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans.
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and inspection requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions clearly.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working condition.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on larger plumbing projects.
