Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair minor and major residential plumbing issues.
• Diagnose and repair minor and major commercial plumbing issues.
• Address external sewer line, drain line, and water line complaints.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, inspectors, other technicians, and staff; communicate effectively regarding project work.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of on-the-job plumbing experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
