Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and repair minor and major residential plumbing issues.
2. Diagnose and repair minor and major commercial plumbing issues.
3. Address external sewer line, drain line, and water line complaints.
4. Collaborate with architects, project managers, inspectors, other technicians, and staff; communicate effectively regarding work on projects.
5. Follow all safety rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of on-the-job plumbing experience.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Valid driver's license.
