Pronto Plumbing, Heating, Air & Drain is looking for an experienced Plumber to service residential customers in Camp Hill area. The role offers the potential to earn $75,000–$150,000+ with a base hourly rate plus commission, and includes a take-home company vehicle and gas card.

You will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, respond to calls in the local territory, and discuss findings and recommended solutions with homeowners while upholding high quality standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong plumbing diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable discussing solutions, repairs, and replacement options with homeowners
• Sales-minded and motivated by performance-based compensation
• Professional, dependable, and self-directed
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience in HVAC or electrical is also a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime available as needed

We serve Camp Hill and greater Harrisburg, with most calls within approximately 15-30 miles. Limited rotating on-call hours, supported by a dedicated Call Center, mean you can get the rest you need without being woken up in the middle of the night for service calls.
