Job summary

Greenberg Gross LLP is seeking an experienced paralegal to support a lead attorney in plaintiff litigation matters. You will work one-to-one with your assigned attorney, assisting with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, plus proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff litigation experience.
• Proficiency in legal research tools, eDiscovery databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed (rarely).

Responsibilities

• Assist with pleadings, discovery, document review, and trial preparation.
• Manage case files and electronic discovery, including document review and production.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, and witness interviews.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
