Sans Souci Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and supervise assistants in a long-term care setting. The PT will assess patients, set goals, document progress, and educate families, while ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, an active PT license, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Must hold a valid PT license and state registration.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct PT care.
