We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is passionate about patient care and motivated to help us grow our practice. We are a family-owned private practice located in Fairport, NY and have been open since 1983.

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs
• Offer treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility
• Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
• Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
• Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
• Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
• Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
• Consult and practice with other health professionals including Chiropractic care, massage therapy, and personal training.
• Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress
• Outreach and promotion

Skills

• Proven work experience as a physical therapist - minimum 3 years
