Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced pediatric Physical Therapist to join a collaborative care team serving children, adolescents, and families. You will provide evidence-based assessment and treatment within a supportive pediatric care model, and influence clinical programming to improve outcomes.

The role offers mentorship opportunities, interdisciplinary collaboration with therapists and behavioral health providers, and a focus on clinician well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with active state licensure.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience in pediatric settings.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Training in evidence-based interventions; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children in a collaborative pediatric care model.
• Mentor and partner with Universities to supervise student clinicians.
• Influence clinical programming and best practices; support clinician well-being.
