Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and families within a collaborative pediatric care model.

You will work across clinic, school, and telehealth settings, mentoring graduate students and partnering with universities to supervise student clinicians, while advancing pediatric OT services and clinical programming.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with Pediatric experience
• Minimum 4+ years clinical experience with children/adolescents
• Experience mentoring students or clinicians preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and families
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary pediatric team
• Contribute to program development and clinical best practices
• Mentor graduate students and supervise student clinicians

Requirements

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist
• 4+ years of clinical experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families
• Training in evidence-based interventionsBilingual skills are a plus
