Job summary

Carolina Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a collaborative pediatric care team in North Carolina. You will provide evidence-based assessments and treatments for children, adolescents, and families across clinic, school, and telehealth settings.

The role emphasizes mentorship of students, professional growth, and leadership in developing pediatric therapies with a focus on clinician well-being and high-quality care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist credential required.
  • 4+ years of clinical experience with children/adolescents.
  • Training in evidence-based interventions.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based assessment and treatment for children and families.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.
  • Mentor graduate students and supervise student clinicians.
  • Influence clinical programming and best practices.

    • Licensed Physical Therapist
    • 4+ years of clinical experience
