Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience
• Knowledge of breed standards and coat types
• Strong scissoring and finishing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service
• Passion for animal care and safe handling
• Ability to work independently within a team

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services for dogs, including breed-specific and pet trims
• Conduct client consultations to understand grooming goals and expectations
• Recommend services and products for pet health and coat maintenance
• Monitor pets for health concerns and communicate observations to team leaders and pet parents
• Maintain grooming equipment and a clean, safe workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after appointments
• Follow company policies and animal handling standards
• Grow sales to help achieve salon metrics
