Garces, Grabler, & LeBrocq seeks an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage a complex caseload from intake through resolution with strong litigation and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities include handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters, conducting client meetings, drafting pleadings and discovery, and representing clients in depositions and court appearances. Collaboration with paralegals and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the New Jersey State Bar Association.
• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience is a plus).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses/requests, and demands.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
