Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience a plus).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handling pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demands, and related documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
