Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and attend regular appearances.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft, review, and respond to discovery requests and other documents.
• Manage cases, investigate claims, evaluate damages, and negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with paralegals and team members to ensure efficient case management.
