Job summary

AdventHealth in Maitland, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to support nursing care, perform comprehensive patient assessments, and implement individualized care plans. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and adherence to life-support requirements.

Requirements include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS; a nursing degree with Associate's as minimum and Bachelor's preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position with a faith-based care mission and strong focus on whole-person

• Completes timely assessments including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of abuse or neglect.
• Makes appropriate decisions and implements interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
• Sets measurable short and long-range goals for patients and develops individualized care plans.
• Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying plans of care.
