Job description

Monsoon Solutions Inc. is a full-service PCB company in the Pacific Northwest, providing PCB design, engineering, manufacturing, and lab services. We provide services to a wide range of aerospace, consumer, medical, space and industrial companies. It is very common for us to work on technologies that are brand new and to be the ones defining the reference design vs following one.

We focus on long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing quality work and reliable solutions over short-term profits. We truly care about our employees, their work-life balance and helping them develop long careers at Monsoon.

Our customers come to us because we are the experts in PCBs. Do you understand the “why” behind layout and what you do, not just how to use the tool? Do you enjoy challenges and helping make products better, sharing your ideas vs. just following what is put in front of you? This role could be for you.
