Responsibilities

1. Work the front and back counter of Parts Department
2. Receiving and processing all parts orders
3. Understand and control of parts inventory
4. Creating bin locations for new stock
5. Notify customers on parts arrival.
6. Notify of shortage & damage discrepancies
7. Processing accessories and shelving them
8. Prepare items for returns and shipping
9. Separating orders for each dealership
10. Deliver parts to a second location
11. Light Forklift duties
12. Processing Warranty scrap
13. Keeping things in neat and orderly fashion
14. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
15. Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
4. Strong organizational and time management skills
5. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
6. Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
7. Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
