Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong research and analytical skills for case law and regulations.
- Ability to synthesize findings into actionable legal strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Draft pleadings, petitions, and other legal documents for hearings and litigation.
- Analyze medical-legal reports to support case preparation.
- Review and summarize medical records for case development.
- Prepare QME letters and related documentation.
- Summarize deposition transcripts and incorporate findings into strategy.
- Navigate EAMS and case-management software for day-to-day operations.
