Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting probate and trust administration; litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft probate court pleadings, notices, inventories, and fiduciary documents.
• Track deadlines for probate proceedings, filings, and court deadlines to ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys on tax filings and trust documentation; coordinate real estate-related documents.
