Responsibilities

• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and patient advocate designations under attorney supervision
• Prepare and file probate petitions, inventories, and annual accounts with Probate Courts
• Handle trust funding: prepare deeds (including Lady Bird deeds), retitle assets, and update beneficiary designations
• Communicate directly with clients and beneficiaries throughout the estate planning and administration process
• Track deadlines, court dates, and filing requirements across an active caseload
• Maintain organized client files, both physical and digital, in compliance with firm and confidentiality standards
• Assist attorneys with client meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up documentation
