Qualifications

• Residential or commercial painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of surface prep techniques and painting materials.
• Ability to work safely at heights with ladders/scaffolding.
• Reliable transportation to St Clair County area.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching.
• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Select and mix paints and coatings to match color specifications.
• Set up and safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment.
• Apply caulking, sealants, and primers as needed before painting.
• Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking tape.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site throughout each project.
