Innovative Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking skilled painters for residential and commercial projects. You will prepare surfaces, apply paints with brushes, rollers, and spray equipment where needed, and protect client properties while maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of professional painting experience, strong prep skills, and reliable attendance. The role requires physical fitness, teamwork, and customer-service orientation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience.
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial painting practices.
• Proficient with brush and roller application and surface prep.
• Reliable transportation to job sites and ability to work overtime.
• Comfortable on ladders and in active job-site environments.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily.
• Good communication and dependable attendance.

Responsabilités

• Perform residential and commercial painting projects.
• Complete surface preparation, including sanding, masking, scraping, caulking, patching, and cleaning.
• Paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment when applicable.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Protect customer property and finished surfaces.
• Communicate professionally with team members, customers, and supervisors.
• Follow company safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
• Complete assigned work within expected timeframes.
• Assist with other job-related tasks as needed.
